It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Seen Y. C. Siu of Oakland, California, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Chui Siu Nam and Chan Suk Lin; her husband Siu Tak Won (Dickey); her children, Harold Siu, Mary Siu-Wong and Matthew Wong; her sons-in-law, Henry Siu, Shirley Siu-Rhee (David Rhee) and Jason Zuur; and her grandchildren, Amanda, Rachel Wong, Joshua, Evan Rhee, Samatha and Bryson Zuur.
