She was predeceased by: her parents, Allie Shotwell and Ada Shotwell. She is survived by: her sisters, Brenda Rezentes and Barbara Ellis; her stepbrother James Shotwell; her daughters, Kuuipo Lei Pai-Holt and Lokelani Ann Carpenter; her siblings' children, Roy "Sonny" Rezentes, Christina Martinez, Stephan Tashoff and Daniel Rezentes; and her grandchildren, Alex Ozuna, Teilor Holt, Jason Carpenter, Chandler Holt and Brendan Holt. She is also survived by her 10 great grandchildren.
