It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Oleinik of Oceanside, California, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on June 7, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter Oleinik and Alexandra Oleinik; and his brother Peter Oleinik II. He is survived by : his wife Maureen Elizabeth McCluskey; his children, Alexandra (Ronnie Chin), Eveleen (Lester Johnson) and Michael Oleinik; his grandchildren, Elijah Chin, Zachary Chin, Katherine Johnson and Benjamin Johnson; his niece Susan Scherk; and his nephew Peter Oleinik III.
