Gloria Porter Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of Gloria Porter of Oceanside, California is shared. Gloria, born on October 11, 1939, passed away on October 18, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gloria Porter to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio "Tony" Palomino and Isabel Arevalos; her stepsons, Robert Porter and Frederick Porter; and her siblings, Albert, Eddie, Louis, Robert, Antonio, Rebecca Palomino and Isabel Luna.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Ruth-Ann Mead; her niece Cathy Palochko (Mike); her great-nephew Charles Eichlin; her great-niece Caitlin Hoffman; her grandchildren, Jason Porter and Casey Beth Snider; and her pets, Abby and Dusty. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Fred passed in April 2020, at the height of the pandemic, and family and friends were never able to gather in his memory.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Gloria's memory to the National Scleroderma Foundation or San Diego Humane Society, or in Fred's memory to the CHP 11-99 Foundation.
