He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Fouts (Holly Fouts) and Lois; his children, Matthew Fouts (Geani Waterson), Michael Fouts, Toni Smiley (James Smiley) and Derek Hale (Dillon Hale); his grandchildren, Caleb, LaDarian, Bentley, Chandler and Harper; and his brother Timothy Fouts.
In addition, in lieu of flowers the family is asking that all donations be made to Make A Wish Foundation in his memory for his granddaughter Harper smiley who is battling Systemic Idiopathic Onset Juvenile Arthritis.
