He is survived by: his son Rodrick Foy of Oceanside, CA; his stepdaughter Arlisha McClease of Haslet, TX; his close friend Diane Williams of Vista, CA; and his siblings, Edward Foy Jr. (Linda) of Oceanside, CA, Willie Foy, Joseph Foy of New Bern, NC and Carol Jean Foy of Raleigh, NC.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, adopted children.
