She is survived by: her children, Karen Shaner, Hollie Schooley (Robert) and Edward Milkovitz (Erika); her grandchildren, Stuart Dunwoody (Mig), Ellen Bollier (David) and Catherine Dunwoody (Edward Westbrook); and her sister Stella Ziegenhorn. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, and her late husband.
