He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph O'Brien and Mary Brigit "Maureen" O'Brien (Kavanagh); and his son Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Darian O'Brien of Oak View; his son Sean O'Brien; and his siblings, James, John, Patrick, Mary, Edward and Catherine Lake. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the The Well (1290 Grand Ave, Ojai, CA 93023).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity of choice.
