She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Biggs; her daughter Nancy Biggs; and her parents, Albert Pollard and Bridget Pollard. She is survived by: her children, Connie Mitchell of Antelope, CA, Joni Donovan (Steve) of Placerville, CA, Beth Cantrell (Brad) of Yuba City, CA and Richard Biggs Jr. of Olivehurst, CA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
