He is survived by: his wife Diana Duda; his children, Derek Crifasi and Brenda Mays; his grandchildren, Jacob Crifasi, Madison Mays, Chad Mays, Joshua Crifasi, Sophia Crifasi and Emily Crifasi; and his brother Paul Crifasi.
