He is survived by: his brother Kenny Tuggle (Connie); his sisters-in-law, Susan Tuggle (White) and Wanda Robinson; his daughters, Loranna Vicario (Chris) and Kristina Sherman (Hannibal); his grandchildren, Jacob Vicario (Cora Lee), Jacquelynn Haney (Brian), Eden Sherman and Eve Sherman; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Wyatt, Juliett, Brewer and Rowyn.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Bellevue Memorial Park (1240 W G St, Ontario, CA 91762).
Whether through his military service, his contributions to the community, or him simply being a steadfast presence in the lives of those he loved, John made a lasting and meaningful impact.
