She was predeceased by: her parents, George Anselmi and Nora Anselmi (Prysock); her siblings, Raymond, Jimmy Anselmi and Betty Bramlett (Ivan Seth Falconer); her son Anthony Smith; her daughter-in-law Michelle Smith; and her great grandchildren, Gatlin Robert Smith, Wesson Michael Smith and Julia Marie Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Smith and Stan Smith; her daughter-in-law Tracy Smith; her grandchildren, Samantha Canter (Nicolas), Cody Smith (Jenna), Kyle Smith (Bailey) and Sydney Smith; and her great grandchildren, Henry Cody Smith and Rossi Anne Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
