She is survived by: her husband John Lombardo; her children, John (Diana), Deborah Crider, Roger (Lisa), Wayne (Bev) and Denise Schofield (Scott); her grandchildren, Ashley Pfahler (Ross), Brianna Schofield, Anthony Lombardo and Michael Lombardo; and her great grandchildren, Violet and Kent Pfahler. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
