She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Pazdzierski and Eleanor Pazdzierski. She is survived by: her children, Michele Smith (Darol), Bernadette Ladika, Michael Ladika (Roxane) and Karen Ladika; her grandchildren, Shelly Molina (Brandon), Dylan Smith (Nyra), Taylor Ladika and Kyle Ladika; and her great grandchildren, Maverick, Cali, Bodhi Molina, Daxton and Declan Smith.
In honor of Adele's memory, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in lieu of flowers.
