She was predeceased by: her father Edward Hoffman; and her siblings, Sharon Butler, Edward Hoffman and Charles Hoffman. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Davis; her children, Charles Davis (Diane) of Orange, CA, Craig Davis of Flagstaff and Deanna Davis of Eagar, AZ.; and her brother Ronald Hoffman. She is also survived by two grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
