He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Blake. He is survived by: his father Gary Brummett; his stepmother Sandy Brummett; and his siblings, Jay Brummett, Robyn Christensen (Brummett), Keri Barnes and Dusky Edwards (Brummett). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Dov's name to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in honor of Dov's brother, Chad, or donations to the American Cancer Society in honor of Dov's mother would also be deeply appreciated.
