She is survived by: her brother Chuck Smith; her children, Larry Valdez (Christine) of Lubbock, TX and Dina Brown Schexnaydre (James) of Winnetka, CA; her sister Donna Smith (Mark Jordan) of Odessa, TX; her grandchildren, Emily Valdez Allen (Johnathan) of Sterling, VA, Claire Valdez of Queens, NY, Alex Valdez of Lubbock, TX, Simone Schexnaydre of Los Angeles, CA and Harper Schexnaydre of Winnetka, CA; her nieces, Hannah Jordan and Molly Kruse (Travis); Arlo, Denise, Andrew, Sarah and David Hunter of Fort Worth.
