She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Noemi Guzman Franco; her siblings, Pilar Garcia Guzman, Rafael Constantino Garcia Guzman and Rosa Maria Garcia Guzman; her husband Ramon Arroyo; her children, Raymond, Rosa Laura, Mario and Roger Arroyo; and her grandchildren, Dylan, Jesika Marie, Rhianna Skye, Addison Ray, Mackenzie Aileen, Kennedy Nohemi, Riley Elizabeth and Teagan Shea.
All her children were enrolled at the school and Laura became part of Sociedades Guadalupanas, religious associations organized by Mexican-American Catholic women to provide leadership in social concerns and perform works of charity.
