She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Sullivan and Leona Sullivan; her husband William David Ruble; and her sisters, Linda Darlene Perkins and Kathleen Sullivan.

She is survived by: her son David Todd Ruble of Orange, CA; her brother Ray Sullivan of Checotah, OK; and her nieces and nephews, Laura Sullivan, Madison Sullivan, Kimberly, Michelle, Chris, Jeff, Ariana Peyton and Kennedy.
