He is survived by : his wife Maureen Dobbin; his siblings, Bob Buckmaster Jr. and Ginny Buckmaster Rutlidge; and his nephews, Ken Buckmaster and Keith Buckmaster.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, March 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of Orange (215 N Grand St, Orange, CA 92866). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, March 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Cathedral (566 S Glassell St, Orange, CA 92866). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 20th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Sepulcher Cemetery (7845 Santiago Cyn Rd, Orange, CA 92869).
