He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Wampler and Dorothy Ann Wampler (Roth); his uncle Phillip Roth; and his aunt Mary West. He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Wampler, Kim Whitfield (Pat), Jeffrey Wampler and Amanda Wampler (Shannon Markham); his siblings' children, Madeline Miller, Jacob Miller, Michaela Wampler, Jackson Wampler, Becky McDonald (Tim), Bryant Smrdel (Jill), Kallie Blevins (Zach), Brooke Bradshaw (Brayden) and Spencer Markham; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob, Georgie, Maeve, Isla, Eli and Berkley.
