She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Hook and Richard Van Hook; her husband Stanley Jaglowski; her brother Richard; and her daughter Katie.
She is survived by: her sisters, Bernadette and Mary; her children, Joey, Edward, Sara, Matthew, Jennifer and Elizabeth; and her grandchildren, Isabelle, Christine, Anthony, Victoria, Tatiana, Andres, Sebastian, Suzannah, Phoenix, Johnathan, Charles, Jason, Jasper, Christopher, Ty and Aaron.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Christ Our Savior Catholic Parish (2000 W Alton Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92704). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Sepulcher Cemetery (7845 Santiago Cyn Rd, Orange, CA 92869).
