He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Quảng Ngãi; his sons, Tinh, Mo Duc and Binh; his wife Diep Doan; his daughter Trưởng (Trương Thị Kim Chi); his adoptive son Nghĩa (Trần Bá Dư); and his siblings, Trương Nam, Trương Thị Tuệ (Việt Nam), Trương Thị Tri (Việt Nam) and Trương Thị Vân (Việt Nam). He was also cherished by 9 children, 18 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
In accordance with Tri's wishes, the family requests that no flowers or gifts are to be brought or sent for the services.
