James leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. James’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew James will carry forward his memory in their hearts.

He is survived by: his children, Christine Molale and Jimmy Bava; his grandsons, Ryan and Jake Molale; and his brother Steve Bava.

A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Santa Maria Church (40 Santa Maria Way, Orinda, CA 94526).
