She is survived by: her children, Diane Donaldson (John) and Michael Hoffe (Carol); her daughter-in-law Nancy Hoffe; her grandchildren, Brooke, Lindsay, Nicholas and Kevin; and her caregivers, Laura and Lorena. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
