He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Broussard and Augustine Broussard; and his sons, Joseph Jr., John Harold and Patrick Francis.
He is survived by: his wife Alice; and his children, Anthony Obrey, James Frank, Steven Andrew, Pamela Ann and Cynthia Marie. He is also survived by 60 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sweet-Olsen Family Chapel (825 A St, Orland, CA 95963). A rosary will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Sweet-Olsen Family Mortuary (825 A St, Orland, CA 95963). A Mass will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Dominic Catholic Church (822 A St, Orland, CA 95963).
