He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred C. Willis and Hazel Myrtle Myers. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Willis; and his children, Scott Willis of Salem, Oregon and Carolee Willis of Sacramento, California. He is also survived by two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two siblings.
