He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Holder and Naomi Holder; his brother Kendrick Holder; his son Kenny Holder; and his granddaughter Kindra Holder.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; and his children, Dan Blair, Allen F Holder and Donna Retzlloff.
