He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Norine Masse of Oroville, Eric Mares of Sparks and Terena Mendonca of Nevada City, California; and his grandchildren, Nicole Huey of Oroville, Daniel Parks of Sparks, Renee Shankar of Portland, Kyla Moss of Poole, UK, Nicholas Mendonca of Portland and Kendall Mares of Oakland Park, Florida. He is also survived by his six great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Table Mountain Golf Course (2700 Oro Dam Blvd W, Oroville, CA 95965).
