She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Bob" Evans and Margaret "Marge" Evans. She is survived by: her sons, Christopher Hawkins (Tiffany) and Daniel Hawkins (Savannah Souza); her stepsons, Michael Mendenhall Jr. and William Mendenhall; her grandchildren, Brayden Hawkins and Kyra Hawkins; her sibling's children, Steven Evans (April) and Amy Hill (James); her great-niece Emma Hill; and her sister-in-law Terry Mendenhall.
