She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Leidig and Bernie Leidig; her daughter Kathy Wilson; her husband Lewis "Buddy" Slavin; and her brothers, George Leidig and Gary Leidig.

She is survived by: her children, William Slavin, Tami Flournoy, Katelyn, Chelsea, Tara, Kaela, Summer, Aubrey, Shay, Tyler, Jake and Jordan; her brothers, Bob Leidig and Donald Leidig, Jr.; and her friend Zena Stegall. She is also survived by great grandchildren too numerous to list; many nieces & nephews.
