He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Barrett; his daughter Jennifer Barrett Herrera (Daniel); his grandchildren, Richard Graeff (Mary), Steven Graeff (Michelle), Nathan Graeff, Tami McPhun, Cassandra White, Kaitlyn, Olivia, Riley Boehmer, Chantel Cornellier, Austin, Ethan Graeff, Tyler, Nicholas, Jacob, Brianna Graeff, Chloe Graeff Long, Alexandra Saurez, Katelyn McPhun, Kimberly Yokom (Natalie), Robert McPhun, Jeremiah and Isabella Ingram; his brother LeRoy Barrett; and his sibling's children, Patrick Barrett (Dawn), LeeAnn Schiltz (Jeff), Kristine Barrett Dirnberger (Steve) and Kathy Barrett Hoffmann (Jeff).

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Scheer Memorial Chapel (2410 Foothill Blvd, Oroville, CA 95966). A burial was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
