She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Sosa and Rafaela Sosa; her husband Javier Cerda; her son Robert; her granddaughter Tina; her daughter-in-law Tina; and her siblings, Edward, Jose, Juan, Carolina, Nellie, Consuelo, Catalina and Lucy.

She is survived by: her children, Bertha Saldana (Ed), Connie Cerda Ontiveros, Javier Cerda (Florence), Woody Cerda and Alex Cerda; her sister Marina Ramirez; and her caregivers, Veronica, Valerie, Aracely and Lupe. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
