He is survived by: his mother Ana Maria Lopez Gonzales of Oxnard, CA; his sisters, Maria Ortiz of Oxnard, CA, Lupe Melero (Fernando) of Oxnard, CA and Minerva Paredes (Tomas) of Sherman, TX; and his siblings' children, Adriana Ortiz of Oxnard, CA, Jesus Olivas, Jr. of Oxnard, CA, Griselda Ortiz of Oxnard, CA, Daniel Melero of Oxnard, CA, Raymond Melero of Oxnard, CA, Yvonne Melero of Oxnard, CA, Rafael Ortiz of Oxnard, CA, Desirae Perez of Oxnard, CA, Vanessa Gott (David) of Abilene, TX, Tonya Lara (Jose) of Sherman, TX, Gabby Paredes of Sherman, TX and Isaiah Paredes of Sherman, TX.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Camino Del Sol Funeral Home (200 N C St, Oxnard, CA 93030). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church (463 W Pleasant Valley Rd, Oxnard, CA 93033).
