He was predeceased by: his parents, Estafanita Santistevan and Santiago Santistevan; his wife Alice Santistevan; his siblings, Manuel, Ramon, Pete, Delia, Elsie, Josie, Sally and Jane; and his son-in-law Jimmy Byrd.
He is survived by: his sister Nancy Martinez; and his children, Darlene Byrd, Paul Santistevan (Elba), Vincent Santistevan (Ana), Daniel (Lena) and Jim Santistevan. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 20 great- grandchildren.
