He is survived by : his wife Maria; his children, Rodolfo (Rudy), Guadalupe (Lupe), Gloria, Irma (Richard), Rosa, Hector (Los Cuatitos) and Olgalilia (Jonathan); and his grandchildren, Nina, Krystal, Julian, Ricardo, Karena, Rudy Marcos, Nicolas (Nico), Arturo, Sarah Ramona and Ramon.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Santa Clara Mortuary Chapel (2370 N H St, Oxnard, CA 93036). A rosary was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Santa Clara Church (323 S E St, Oxnard, CA 93030).
