She was predeceased by: her parents, Cristabell Stidham and Ernest Stidham. She is survived by: her husband Louis Rodarte Rodriguez; her son Louie Rodriguez (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Jacob and Cruz Rodriguez; and her child English.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church (2511 S C St, Oxnard, CA 93033).
Even to those not related, she was best known for her exceptional way of feeding people's souls through their stomachs, whether it be Menudo/Posole or a variety of her famous dishes for family gatherings, donations to a former Pony Baseball League in Oxnard, to feeding entire youth teams with breakfast burritos she spent hours making, seasoned with motherly love.
