He was predeceased by: his sister Maria Dolores Navarro. He is survived by: his brother Victor Palazuelos; and his son Ruben Arturo Palazuelos. He is also survived by numerous cousins; nephews and nieces.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Elks Lodge 801 (801 S A St, Oxnard, CA 93030).
