We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2024, at the age of 91, Susana Vela (Oxnard, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, we release Susana into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of our lives. And as we carry her memory forward, may we find comfort in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Susana's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Garcia Mortuary (629 S A St, Oxnard, CA 93030-7135). A rosary was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 11:30 AM at 500 N Juanita Ave, Oxnard, CA 93030. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at the Santa Clara Cemetery (2370 N H St, Oxnard, CA 93036).
