He was predeceased by: his father Frank K. LeVett (Eloise Mayburn LeVett); his brother Bill; his mother Eloise; and his grandparents, A. J. and Marie Strutz.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Cox LeVett; his daughters, Amanda and Kate; his son-in-law Casey Crayne; his grandchildren, Liam, Henry and Camille; and his pets, Hyden, Strutz and Cotton.
