He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lopez and Hedwig Lopez; his aunt Charlotte Bell; his uncle John Bell; and his daughter Lauren Nicole Lopez.

He is survived by: his daughter Victoria Lopez (Austin Hertel); his granddaughters, Dawsyn Lopez and Charlotte Lopez (Becky McBride); his sister Nancy Lopez; and his nieces, Justine Cunningham and Jordyn Newton.
