He is survived by: his wife Loretta Hancock; his children, Jerry Jr. (Sherri), Ken and Jodi Wicks (Mike); his grandchildren, Steven, Heather and Katie Dineen (Jake); his great grandchildren, JJ Dineen and Jay Nunes; and his sister Marlene Lund.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society for prostate cancer research.
