Shawn leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Shawn’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his mother Becky Slack; his aunt Allona; his grandparents, Terry, Gladys Slack, Robert and Beverly Forkner; and his uncles, Raymond Oswalt and David Forkner.
He is survived by: his father Tom; and his stepmother Melinda. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.
