She was predeceased by: her parents, John Felix and Delie Burton (McQueary); and her siblings, Thelbert Burton, Prenith Burton, Betty Jo Sneed and Margie McKenzie.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas William Churchill; her children, Tamara Lynn Fiore (David) of Nashua, NH and Mark Daniel Churchill (Holly) of Diamond Bar, CA; her grandchildren, Sarah Smith (Michael), Linda Edelblut (Timothy), Jonathan Fiore (Kiernan), Peter Fiore (Moriah), Paul Fiore, Julia Roland (Joshua), Emily Churchill and Annalia Fiore; and her siblings, Kathryn Burton, John Burton (Naomi) of Columbia, KY and Georgie Mings (Ralph) of Elk Horn, KY. She is also survived by seventeen nephews and nieces.
