He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph N. Ruwet and Virginia C. Ruwet. He is survived by: his son Josh; and his siblings, Mark Ruwet (Toni), Edward "Chub" Ruwet, Marie Talbot (Michael), Jeanne Ruwet-Howard (late Thomas Howard), Anne Ruwet and Helen Ruwet Bunnell (Rick). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM and on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 3:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Little Red Barn Brewers (32 Lake St, Winsted, CT 06098).
