He was predeceased by: his parents, Deane Marshall and Ruth Marshall (Graham); his wife Norma Power of Clayton, Illinois.; his sister Ruthe Hare; his niece Pam Smith; his great-nephew Samuel Stone; and his great-niece Nora Jagodzinski.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Jamie Hare, Kim Mareth, Jodi Hare-Paynter, Cindy Roe, Janet Horvath, Steve Simpson and Guy Power.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Ipava Cemetery (630 E Mechanic St, Ipava, IL 61441).
