He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Record and Virginia A. Record; and his brother Willard Record (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Lynetta Record; his children, Kelly Grim and Michael Record (Meredith); his grandchildren, Kaytlyn Kalapos (Nick), Kristoffer Grim (Mitzi), Kody Grim (Amber), Evan and Emma Record; and his great grandchildren, Conrad, Dax Kalapos, Makaela, Kamryn Grim and Jasper Grim.

In lieu of flowers, Pete's wishes would be for contributions to be made to either of two organizations that had special meaning to him (Wounded Warriors, Tunnel 2 Towers).
