He was predeceased by : his parents, Akers Palmer and Claudia Palmer (Sparks); his wives, Sally Ann Marcell and Eunice Dobson; his brothers, Ronald, Gerald and James Palmer; and his grandchildren, Jessie Palmer, Cassandra Stachura and Devin Palmer.
He is survived by : his sons, Calvin Palmer (Kim) of Green Bay, WI, Richard Palmer (Lori) of Allouez, WI, John Palmer (Kim) of Alpharetta, GA and Terry Palmer (Tonya) of Sobieski, WI. He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
