“I was not known at Palmdale High School for my athletic achievements. My passion was Music, band, choir, and a group called The Others. But for a time, I pursued wrestling in the 1963-64 Season. Coach Beddeo helped me to do and be my best during those years. He was tough but fair and encouraged us young JV Wrestlers. He was one of those men who served as a role model for many of his students who cared to receive what he had to give. I am happy that he had a long career and changed lives.”
