She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Gutekunst and Gertrude Gutekunst; her husband Richard B. Lohrer; her children, Rick, Bill, Betsy and Drew; her daughter-in-law Masumi Lohrer; and her grandsons, Tai and Kaz Lohrer.
A funeral service was held on Friday, August 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sea Presbyterian Church (16911 Bolsa Chica St, Huntington Beach, CA 92649).
